ZACKY NFT LICENSE AGREEMENT
THIS ZACKY NFT License Agreement (the “License”) is a legally binding agreement entered into between ZACKY TEAM and YOU . When you will acquire or buy a ZACKY_NFT you own all personal property rights regarding the ZACKY NFT (e.g., the right to freely sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of that ZACKY NFT), but you do not own the associated artwork, brand, or other intellectual property associated with that ZACKY NFT except for the specific licensed rights set forth below.
ZACKY NFT means any ZACKY branded or themed NFT or any collection (ZACKY 2.0 ) created by or on behalf of ZACKY TEAM .
“ZACKY NFT ART ” means the artwork, image or works of authorship associated with a specific ZACKY NFT
“ZACKY 2.0 ” means the artwork, image or works of authorship associated with a specific ZACKY NFT
“ZACKY NFT ART ” means the artwork, image or works of authorship associated with ZACKY TEAM
“ZACKY logos or trademarks are associated with Zacky NFT or Zacky Team, ANY NAME RELATED TO ZACKY ,ZACKY 2.0 ZACKY NFT , ZACKY TEAM , ZACKY_NFT , ZACKY.INFO , INFO.ZACKY , ZACKY-NFT , ZACKY_HYBRID , ZACKY-HYBRID , is associated by us .
“ZACKY NFT, ZACKY NFT ART ,ZACKY - NFT , ZACKY_NFT ,LIMITED EDITION , ZACKY HYBRID ,ZACKY 2.0 , ZACKY-HYBRID ” “us,” “we,” or “our” ARE ALL PART OF ZACKY TEAM
PERSONAL USE means any activity that is performed with to intent to use for thier own purpose , not generating any income , soley for thier own use ,
COMMERCIAL USE means any activity that is performed with the intent to generate revenue, such as sale or transfer of items (including NFTs) on any marketplace, creating and selling merchandise or creating a comic book or video game.

LICENSE GRANT
ZACKY NFT Art License.
For as long as you lawfully own your ZACKY NFT , and subject to your compliance with the terms of this License, we hereby grant you the following rights:
PERSONAL USE :
a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and create derivative works of the ZACKY NFT Art for your ZACKY NFT or PERSONAL, OR NON COMMERCIAL USE (such as to display in your wallet, as a profile picture, to create a pixel-art version for use in a third party platform);
✓Use Content for free
✓Use Content without having to mention the Zacky Team (although giving credit is always appreciated )
✓Modify or adapt Content into new works.
COMMERCIAL USE :
✓You can sell or distribute Content that you bought , but only on Opensea market place and it remains in substantially the same form as it exists on our website.( you can sell the Zacky Nft ( digital form i.e. NFT ) through Opensea only )
✓You can use the Zacky Nft for your business purpose ( merchandise ) and have to mention Zacky Team.
✓You can use it for any new video games or any new comic books solely created for the purpose of ZACKY ( you gonna have to mention Zacky Team ).
For any existing video games or comics book , you will have to take the permission of Zacky Team .
✕You cannot modify the Zacky Nft ( DIGITAL ARTWORK SOLD TO YOU BY ZACKY TEAM ON OPENSEA ) , you either sell it as it is , or use it , or buy a new one ,
✕You cannot use Content in any immoral or illegal way, especially Content which features recognisable people.
✕You cannot use Content in a misleading or deceptive way.
Disclaimers. YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE ZACKY NFT AND ZACKY-NFT ART IS AT YOUR OWN RISK , WE OUR NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ANY ILLEGAL ACT OR ANY ACT OF WHATSOEVER ,
Termination of License. If you breach any of the provisions of this License, all licenses granted by ZACKY TEAM will terminate automatically. Upon the termination of your licenses, you shall cease all marketing, distribution, or sale of goods, services and media that feature the ZACKY NFT and shall cease all further use of the ZACKY Art. All provisions which by their nature should survive the termination of this License shall continue in full force and effect.
AS MENTIONED , THE ZACKY TEAM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD PARTY LOSS., OR FOR ANY MISLEADING CONTENT CAUSED BY YOU TO ANY OTHER THIRD PARTIES OR WHATSOEVER , YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE OR HELD LIABLE FOR BREAKING THE LICENSE TERMS.
Please use your ZACKY NFT responsibly. If someone sues us because of something you did with your ZACKY NFT, you will be responsible for any damages we face (including our legal expenses). BUY BUYING OUR ZACKY NFT YOU AGREE TO THIS TERM ^.
Basically this license will be terminated if you breach any provisions or break the law ,
Advance notice will be given if a LICENSE is about to change .
CAUTION :
THIS ZACKY NFT IS ONLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSE , WE DO NOT USE IT FOR ANY ILLEGAL OR VIOLENT ACT OR TO HURT OTHERS OR HURT THE SENTIMENT OF PEOPLE OR FOR ANY RELIGIOUS PURPOSE OR HURT A ENTITY OR AN ORGANISATION , WE ALSO TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR SUPPORT OTHERS OR SOMEONE WHO USES ZACKY NFT FOR ABOVE MENTIONED ACTS . ONLY THEY OR THE PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ACTS , THE ZACKY TEAM WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR IT .
WE ( THE ZACKY TEAM ) ALWAYS RESPECT OTHERS AND ALWAYS WORKS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE PEOPLE AND ITS ENVIRONMENT .
